    In English we say he's "cold blooded" if they're cruel, I "hit a wall" means couldn't progress with a project, too many obstacles. Great video especially coughs dust 😂

    These phrases are so funny. I live in Los Angeles and that one for "not mentally stable" and "high" sure does apply for people around here:) Super Egyptian language vids. I am very grateful for your work. I'm learning Egyptian now and it is so much fun ! Just subscribed. I should clarify that marijuana was made legal in California in 2018. When they're high, we call it being "Stoned". They are stoned at the grocery stores, stoned on the streets, stoned in their cars, stoned at the gas stations, so I will get plenty of practice to say "dayye3" quietly to myself. :)

    We have it in our local language in🇸🇸 what it means exactly by "he has no blood" in Egyptian Arabic but we say "he has no hair on his body" it's really a great matching

    I'm italian but you teach very well.
    Another word use egyptian is yalawi, yaeni, in every movie o series is yanari issiud (akid write wrong) 😂
    And culture and religion is very near and use more time inshaa Allah, Alhamdulellah, bismillah, subhanaAllah, mashaAllah and for foreign same me is good when understend the mean of this word becouse egiptyan use more.

    If you are learning Arabic ( the most interesting language on earth ) you need to learn the Egyptian dialect then all Arabic speakers will understand you . The Egyptian dialect is the easiest dialect

    One of my friends used the word فظیع in order to compliment a song, but Google translate says it's means terrible, may you explain it please

      The word فظيع means 'terrible' but Egyptians often use it to express something extraordinary good or surprising..
      For instance: the dress is fazee3 فظيع can mean it is surprisingly beautiful
