Vegan Sausage & Broccolini Orecchiette Pasta

The title is a mouthful, but a delicious mouthful! 🤤
Made using the @urbanvegansa Country Style Boerewors.
Serves 2:
Ingredients:
2 cups broccolini
2 Urban Vegan Sausages
Half-pack orecchiette or pasta of choice
3 cloves garlic
half small red onion
Fresh time
Parsely
1/4 cup chicken stock
Pasta water
Juice and zest of half lemon
Chili flakes
Parm
Method:
Chop broccolini, garlic, onions and herbs. Set aside.
Fry vegan sausage and break it up. Remove from pan and set aside.
Fry broccolini and onions, once the onion is translucent add garlic and herbs then add stock and lemon add pasta and sausage. Adjust sauce with reserved pasta water.
Top with parm and chilli flakes.
