Maria Antonia R. M. It actually keeps your ankle really good in place,just as roller skates/blades also they're really good for your knees and back,if you walk/use them correctly.
Maria Antonia R. M. I have been using these since.... october? Didn't manage to fall once,perhaps if you trip? but I don't think that could happend way to often. If you want to try them,I do recomend going to an instructor/trainer that does this sort of stuff,they can help explain that you need to land/walk more on your whole foot or middle part,rather than toes or heels

I love my Kangaroo boots. It takes all the pressure off your knees when you run. You can also do aerobics with them which is really cool and your right it's hard to fall. You're really funny it was enjoyable watching you!

They do when they wear down I know someone who used to run the entire radius of Key West and would use them to get around so if she went grocery shopping she'd just leave them on and then hop home with groceries and she like flew when she wore them and she was in her 60s but she wore them every day so they stretched out a little releasing the tension in the bands and giving room for bounce
You can find replacements for everything for the boots on their website. The first time you put them on, you need to have some support because you need to adjust to the height and also to be able to balance yourself. So hold on to something or someone and jump on each leg. When you are done with your workout, slow down the rhythm, then walk a bit in them, before you take them off. After taking them off, it is recommended not to do other kinds of exercise that day, that involves your feet. Especially running. The bottom is detachable, they have springs for heavier people, you can take out the thick " socks" and wash them, throw them in the washing machine and that is about it. I just love them.
