I doubt TDUSC would actually learned anything from this game (much less if anything at all) if they're alone insisted the always online requirement for being an essential component to keep the game afloat, along with multitude of other issues they had to address within a month from now based on the demo alone
Bro what a vibe, this game is what we need graphics looks a bit like CarX but I really don’t care it looks so much fun and the engine sounds are pretty decent. Hopefully it’s coming to console one day!
Maybe this is just a stretch of my imagination, but having seen this convinces me that a Driveclub's open world spin-off seems possible and could've been done before 🤔👀
@@aaronsmith7143Driveclub had a lot of Japanese country road tracks that have a VERY similar look to this game so I kinda understand what they mean. The art style and vibe of this game is completely different tho.

Still needs some Animation work in Cockpit View however to add an Animated Handbrake (serious, do it man! show PGG UP!), some Gear-Shift Animations (given the pause in Neutral, and looking at the shifter in the Customization shop, that Z33 is Manual, not Automatic, so it needs a Shifting Animation) and Foot/Pedal Box Animations to go with the Extreme Attention to Detail elsewhere. Still, Kudos to the Developer! for those who are into this kind of Game (not me however), they have made a very impressive Game for them!
It will come to consoles when multiplayer is implemented. The developers already stated that. Maybe it will happen with the migration to UE5 which was also announced.
This looks great. Feels like an alternate universe where nfs was still good
tbh UI looks a lot like Forza Horizon
I guess the TDU Solar Crown's producer team is supposed to learn with this game how to build the steering wheel movement well. Great gameplay 👏👏

i will stick with need for speed hot pursuit remastered. has everything i need.
So this Scorpion guy basically will be our main enemy
Probably. But looks very cool if Scorpion Guy definitely is the final boss.
Wow! Something different! Havent played a JDM only based game since Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero. Engine sounds are also a solid 8/10 for me. Well done!

Bring it on!!! This game looks very, very promising! Looking forward to drift like a king...or not!😅

You could copy and paste your comment to any open world driving game video. How the hell is this anything like driveclub?

More photorealistic than Forza Motorsport?😅

This game is very good as it has vibes from NFS UNDERGROUND 2.
The colour and model of the starting car in Jdm Rise of the scorpion is a homage to NFSU2. You start NFSU2 with a green 350Z☺️
This is why artstyle is so important. TDUSC has better graphics but this games artstyle is much nicer. Which makes it look better. TDUSC looks bland
