I love this guy. You’ve taught me so much in less than a year than I have learned in school my whole life. Keep it up boss 💪🏾💪🏾
Listening to Jaspred for seven years now. Man helped me learn how to manage my money from a fast food job to get out of homelessness, taught me the stock market, taught me the 401k scam, taught me about reits and so much more. Jaspred is a legend period

I follow and love your videos. Unfortunately, it's been a while since i visited it has been a very rough year... i am experiencing one of the most challenging phases of my life... Lost a fortune investing in emerging companies... Hopeful, for a turnaround.
@kentucky4494 Not far from the truth i regret 💔... Pls how can i reach Gary Joe Wilde? What's his finnr reg code? I love the testimonies i have seen about him by Chris, Brian, and some other youngsters on Makeit. Thanks if you reply.
@kentucky4494 You are right. I can remember grant and many other older advisors often talked about him in their early vids. They call him "CommandaX"
@@Thompson7888 Same here.

20 years of school, and no one taught us about the APR rate.
If we teach the kids the truth when they grow up - the usury system wouldn't be able to survive.
Thats not true. People are educated about things all the time but if they dont value it then they wont listen and heed the advice.
Jaspreet, you are such an inspiration. Thank you for all that you do. I'm lucky that I happened to self educate with these kinds of things very early on, but you continuously encourage me to want to help other people with financial education.
Thank God for RUclips ❤
Y’all are hatin, this really need more likes. This dude is putting the missing pieces of puzzle together
I learned a lot from people like you compared to what I learned in school. I learned from Andrei Jihk, Graham Stephan, and Jaspreet(Minority Mindset). Especially from real estate I learned a lot from you. And I appreciate your teachings.
Big fan of all three
Andrei jihk
Thank you for educating general people..it is not just financial knowledge but how you should live to become financially free because all this stuff about corporate ladder, career, business is mainly about money. This is great social service, thank you ! 🙏 🙏
The five Jaspreet chose, if you understand them, are all you could ever need at this point in time.
Golden advice.
Great Interview I hope you enjoy the Town.
Super nice interview! Solid information in here. Much love Jaspreet!
A million thanks Jaspreet for all of your videos with such amazing advice. I am a Doctor with so many student loans and learning about finances has helped me to gradually climb out of that student loan hole with a lot more work to do. I'm putting into practice everything you have said. Thank you. I wish you a life full of blessings. 😇🙏
Great Advice Jaspreet. This video is very Financially educational and informative.

Yup, investments to get things off the ground always cost twice what you think they will, and take twice as long to set up as you estimate.
A good rule of thumb.
Jaspreet. ❤️🔥🤙🏼
I've been talking to franchises about starting a business but I don't have enough start-up capital and not many people lend to start-ups. That's where I'm stuck...

I love Jaspreet!! 🥑
J! Question, is the idea of save save save, especially in inidia, a product of being por or and wanting a better life for your kids not yourself, and the modern idea of invest only a product of you benefiting from your parents savings?
We didn't have many social security programs and investment opportunities in the past, so maybe a factor of that.

Schools should be teaching us this stuff not how to get in debt smh. Thanks for the free class.
What they have to teach is how to make money using debt.

@Phoenix Rising Lmao schools need employees not entrepreneurs. Thus the lack of financial education. Clearly you need to keep watching this channel buddy 😅
Putting you in debt is the point.
I love to watch your videos and I am also hesitant to make a investment.Might be I need your advice
Ji, that post underneath yours is from a fake account.
What an interesting & entertaining guest! So much personality! This guy ought to get someone to write books about financial education for school kids. He does not like to write!

@Minority Mindset One thing I don't understand is that if Elong Musk takes out a loan instead of selling his stock, how does he pay back his loan without selling his stock? I can't make sense of it. Thank you
52:42
I have trouble understanding the concept that inflation reduces money value SO prices increases. Isn’t it the oposite? Inflation inflate prices SO money has less value? Money value is just a concept because 1$ is 1$. The only thing changing is what 1$ can buy, which is based on the price s of stuff.
At 14:00 you state that people should pay down their debt first. If I have debt that is 3% per year but I own an ETF paying 8% per year, then I would make (8-3)=5% return. If the debt is a credit card then it would make sense (21%) to pay down. This ultimately comes down to ROI of an investment vehicle versus the interest rate on debt. Opportunity costs make sense to never pay off low-interest rate debt assuming you can find a higher returning asset.
Physical gold cannot deteriorate rust or corrode either unlike physical cash which eventually will turn to dust because it’s just paper.

Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.
It is recommended to seek the assistance of a financial advisor or broker to diversify your investment portfolio through the inclusion of commodities, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of financially stable companies, rather than relying solely on growth stocks with uncertain future earnings.
Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 950k within a year, whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking.
I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser that guides you?
My adviser is “Vivian Carol Gioia” You can easily look her up. She has years of financial market experience and she is also FINRA & SEC verifiable.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I verified her and booked a call session with her. She seems Proficient.
Ah, nice, lol, I'm not alone, been getting alot of backlash from my community because of this mindset, invested up to my last pair of underwear, where I had to wash it every night...already in a better position after only one year...
People need to realize that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment.. I always tell myself you don't need that new Aston Marti or that vacation in Hawaii just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 100 grand in blue chip stocks (with the help of my advisor of course) and made 450k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Hoping to get to 2 In 6 months time..
Our mentality is so messed up we validate ourselves with wasteful vanities, you don't need to buy that new shoe or that new car yet when you can't even guarantee yourself financial freedom, why not invest and be your own boss. my opinion
@@wellscarlton1881 Do you by chance do referrals on your FA? i have roughly $200,000 and i would like to build my portfolio long term
@@flokitopper8096 My advisor is" Wendy Helene Bennett" In terms of portfolio diversity, she's a genius. You can glance her name up on the internet and verify her yourself. she has years of financial market experience.

I’m always fighting myself not to take expensive vacations now more than ever because a very close relative of mine just suddenly died out of the blue at just 56, and he was a penny pincher so that’s sort of changed my philosophy and outlook on life from just 100% saving and investing and not going on nice trips or spending any money because that was like a big wake up call that I better spend a little to enjoy life too. I still save and invest majority of income though

My procrastinating has saved me from debt. Always felt like school since my first year in college and I dropped out because of this feeling in my gut...it's all bullshit. Money is paper and that paper runs out lives. But I've fucked up and procrastinated to much. But still debt free.
Corporations increase profits and causes inflation
I used my stimulus for bills, I can't imagine buying fancy purses
Car: I need to replace my car (really need two). I don’t care about type. Right now it’s way too expensive to get a used or new.
Do I spend the cash on hand to repair the car (repairs are more then the car is worth) or get a new/used car and now have payments.
Don’t know what to do.
It depends how much cash do you have on hand? Even now on the Facebook marketplace you can put out ads asking for a $800-1000$ car obviously at that price is going to look hideous probably but that's irrelevant you just need something to get you from point a to point b. Depending on whether you live in a rural area or the city and how close you live your job you can even consider buying a bicycle so you can save up more for better options. Also learn to work on your own vehicle should have some basic tools with the internet and RUclips now anybody and work on their own vehicles I fix everything myself I haven't paid a mechanic and probably 15 years I have a 2004 Pontiac aztek that I bought for $2,300 5 years ago I also have a 2002 Dodge ram that I paid $6, 000 for about seven and a half years ago I've had to make several repairs on both of them probably about $800 worth of repairs to the truck since I've had it in less than 300 on the Aztec neither one of my vehicles are flashy or anything to brag about but I haven't had a car payment and almost 8 yrs meanwhile both of my friends and the people that I know are broke all the time because they're constantly making monthly payments and down payments on new vehicles that they can't really afford NEVER BUY A NEW VEHICLE UNLESS YOU'RE SITTING ON 10 TIMES THAT AMOUNT IN CASH AND LIQUID ASSETS. Even then I wouldn't buy one the moment you drive them off the lot they immediately lose 10 to 15% of their value.
Invest in crypto and do research on their projects

If you had a program for children age group to teach teens how to understan money and how to become rich. You will save generations
Interviewer keeps cutting off Jaspreet. Annoying.
Having two parents in a how is not an indication of how well a child will turn out. We see tons of examples of ppl growing up with two parents in a home and turn out to be a shiiit human being and one who grow up in a single parent household and turn out to be a great human being. And vice versa with these same examples. It’s not how many parents in the home but the quality of parenting, support and involvement.
We will never see a crash like the one we saw this time last year 😢😢 solana has 10x since then and i didnt buy.😭😭
That's why I prefer poor ppl ..at the end they don't have stingy mind and it's curse of so called rich ppl with good cars and no cash..most of time lambo guys are in debt
