Are you kidding me!? This is the best :))) Thankyou so much for putting this together and uploading. I feel like I just watched/listened to a University lecture, but, learnt way more! Legend.
Excellent information mate. I feel like a simple summary for the average gardener is: Continously add a diversity of biomass to the site 😊 Just a PSA, electronic pH meters are available for $20AUD, much more usable than the fiddle pH tests 😁
Great workshop. Thanks. Just one point at this present time. Currently due to Covid 19 Macquarie Uni is not performing soil testing. They also mentioned there will be a backlog once they start again. Hopefully soon as I really need to get my soil tested.
Hi Lidima, you can fertilise with wormcasting every few weeks during the growing sewason. Dilute your worm juice with at least 10 times it's volume of water (aka 100mls in 10 litres of water). If you are using solid casting a few handfuls per square metre works well.

You're so welcome!

Good to know, thanks for that. Hopefully they're back up and running soon.

Thank you Nick for this workshop. What ratios of worm juice or worm castings should I use on sandy soil?

@@NickRitar Thanks
I want to build soil for better tasting and higher nutrient density vegetables
Sounds fabulous!
