- Here are the more basic Nunchaku Flow body tracers and Crossers. These are the simplified Poi translations without hand rolls and body bounces.

Nunchaku Flow is a freestyle that specializes in the hybridization of many of the the flow arts such as Poi, Double Staff, Contact Staff, Clubs, and Hoop. It is focused around a visual appeal using the entire nunchaku as a flow prop to create shapes, and geometrical patterns. Timing and direction are also utilized to achieve these movements and apply them to already learned nunchaku techniques.
U can see how being skilled at poi has advanced your nunchuck movements. There's very few people besides Ken Hill and a couple others who also have this ability. Thanks for sharing. Very creative

really diggin the led vids! would love to see some of the body crosses and traces slown down. maybe a tutorial on them for some of us that dont know the poi type moves.

Hey Gabe great stuff man, I wanted to ask you where I could get some LED Nunchucks or which ones you recommend??
The pair I am using in this video are the FlowPoi Duo w/chucks connector from flowtoys.com. They are not recommend for any hard or super fast play but if you reinforce them with clear packing tape then it usually helps! Be sure to look around the web for other options as well - I llumination Hoops, and FlowFires are other sources I recommend :)
Niiiiiiiiice dude! I my doubles ever become Half as good as yours! Also does led's are looking killer, are they the 4 capsule flowchuks??
