This schedule seems ideal for a playoff run

Loved how everyone played. The running game numbers are skewed because the QB was clearly one read and bail all game. Dillon’s pick was unfortunate because they were driving for a last 4 minute score but sometimes the ball sails, it happens. Better than throwing late or into blanket coverage like he did against Michigan State and UCLA.
I really hope the Ducks have their full complement of players back by the time they (knock on wood) play in the championship game. As well as the secondary plays at times, they’re still missing Florence, who I would say with his size is the best coverage corner over JM, who’s size just inhibits him against players like Jeremiah Smith.
Great win, hope for more of the same when the Ducks travel to Wisconsin and Michigan. Just prioritize staying healthy over covering spreads. That’s the key.

It was a trap game for everyone saying it was a trap game. 😂

Dan Lanning only took things for granted in his first year against Beavis and Fuskies. He tried too hard against the Fuskies last season. Now he seems to understand what NEEDS to be done.

@patrickreiman5629 that’s very true, I feel like our younger RBs did well with the amount of touches!

It was a potential trap game. But Lanning, his staff and the team handled it perfectly. They took care of business and the trap element went away. Good job everyone!
Michigan and Wisconsin just might present problems with the weather. November in the Midwest presents weather issues that we can not practice for.

Max, how is Davison doing? He's still the no1 RB according to Rivals?

Gabe does overthrow Stewart and Tez sometimes, but neither is at all tall, not even close, and it's better an overthrow than a pick. It took this team a few weeks to gel behind a southpaw. I mean I can only recall Bo making a couple passes last season while he was rolling to his left to the right side of the field.

No no no! Never miss high unless throwing it out of bounds, otherwise it probably will be a pick. Gabriel's pick at Purdue is a textbook illustration of this.

2nd round of playoffs you don't host. Those are bowl games/neutral site. Only home games are round #1 teams 5-8. So if you get the bye you don't get a home game. Its stupid I know.

I'd like to see Jayden Limar and Jay Harris get a few more touches instead of Whittington. The catch he made was amazing, but on a down to down basis Whittington hasn't been so great. Noticeable dropoff from Jordan James. Not to say I dont believe in them all. Just an observation. Go Ducks 🦆

Not impressed with our #1 rb. Whittington is more versatile and looks like jay harris has more explosiveness. I like jordan james. But he is not a playmaker.

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Did you even watch the game? At all. Whittington was STRUGGLING to move the ball.

Jordan James doesn't have the long speed to rip off big chunks, and he's too often a shoelace away from breaking something big. But his dirty work around the line of scrimmage -- physical play with outstanding ball security and rugged pass pro -- is exactly the kind of playmaking this team needs. No one else on the roster brings this combination to the offense. Plus, he's tough and durable. If NFL scouts liked Bucky Irving enough to give him a midround grade, they'll love James. His game is very well-rounded and he's got potential as a receiving back as well.
