Can’t thank you guys enough for posting this great video. Being a teacher my memory is shot and need a refresher when starting up my incubator and hatching eggs in my classroom. Thank you!
Awesome, my brother have this and its what i needed as there are too many eggs for mom to hatch. This is by far the most easiest incubator to use. Simple and accurate.
You can always contact our Customer Service department for help if you need anything explained or more information about how to use your incubator: sales@brinsea.co.uk
Hello, no, unfortunately we don't have a video for that. Please contact our customer support team with your serial number and a full description of the issues you are having and they will get back to you. support@brinsea.co.uk (UK and RoW), sales@brinsea.com (USA & Canada). Thank you.
It looks as though your low temperature alarm has been triggered, press OK to clear this alert. If you need any further support please email: sales@brinsea.co.uk. Kind regards, Brinsea.
I was hoping this video would show how to change the display to show current humidity in the incubator. Does this model not have a humidity display option?
Hello, no this machine does not have a humidity display. Humidity is controlled very simply and effectively in the Maxi II. As a general guide for poultry/game/waterfowl, maintain water in one of the two halves of the central water pot from the time eggs are set until 2 days before hatching is due - the depth of water doesn’t matter. For all species fill both halves of the water pot for the last two days of incubation. Higher humidity levels are needed for hatching to prevent membranes drying too quickly. Ensure the water pot guard is fitted to prevent chicks drowning.
Hello, please follow your product instructions, if you need further help please email our customer support team: sales@brinsea.co.uk Kind regards, Brinsea.
Hello, no. The EX also has pump setup instructions. If you'd like to know more please contact Brinsea directly: sales@brinsea.co.uk. You can also find information on our website: www.brinsea.co.uk - if you look in the instructions section you can download the instructions for both the Advance and EX and compare them.
Do you have any video of the Max II EX version? I am confused with the humidity control, what is the recommended humidity percentage to set? (Should I use that same percentage of humidity all the 21 days?)
Unfortunately we don't have a Maxi II EX video, please can you email us for help: sales@brinsea.co.uk and one of our customer support team will be able to help you. Kind regards, Brinsea.
I'm not sure what you mean by your question, please can you send us an email to our support team at sales@brinsea.co.uk with more information and we will be able to help you. Kind regards, Brinsea.

If you need any help with your incubation and hatching we have lots of information on our website and if you need 1-1 support you can always call or email us. Kind regards, Brinsea. :-)
you say I would buy a Brinsea incubator for its reliability and quality. I had an octagon EX and the quality was not that good. the egg turner was nothing but problems, I had to replace it twice $130 and I purchased countless turner motors $75. I could get 1 to 3 batches of chicking on 1 motor, one new motor quit in the middle of its first batch. Brinsea never had a solution and no warranty on parts. I just recently sold it because of all the issues I had with it and now looking for a new incubator. I'm skeptical now about a Brinsea considering the high price and lack of support. What would you say that would make me buy a newer Brinsea. Thanks, Chris
We are disappointed to hear that you feel you had a lack of support, your incubator has a 3 year guarantee when registered online and we are always happy to service machines and investigate any issues for customers.
