    Thank you so much. I have been suffering from frozen shoulder and cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spondylosis since 2014, and have had borderline-dysgraphia symptoms ever since.

    I looked and looked for a video like this to have my dyslexic (and probably dysgraphic) kiddos do and follow along with. This is very clear. It is perfect.
    I'd like to make a suggestion so more people can find it. Please consider adding some extra keywords if you haven't already.
    Right brain exercises, dyslexia, dyspraxia, crossing the midline, etc. Especially the right brain exercises term. I know a lot of folks in the some of the groups on this topic search the 'right brain' term. I just happened to be searching for additional dysgraphia help for my daughter. Thanks for making and uploading this video!

    How often should these exercises be done with a child? Can they be broken up and a few done at a time through out the day. My child would not have the patience to do a whole 12 min session. I'm thinking 2 exercise between subjects during our school time.

    Is Dysgraphia the same as Dyspraxia?

    • @drbooks1
      @drbooks1  4 года назад +2

      Both conditions have a lot of overlap. Dyspraxia is more of generalized trouble moving or deciding how to control your body, while Dysgraphia is a condition where people have trouble converting their thoughts into words. This can impact physical tasks like writing but also mental tasks like spelling

    • @poppymontrose0507
      @poppymontrose0507 3 года назад +1

      No, it isn't hence different names = different conditions.
      Dyspraxia = major motor skills, movement, catching a ball, etc.
      Dysgraphia = fine motor skills, writing (often affected by emotions, ie: worse with trauma).
      There's also dyslexia, dyscalculia and they are each different too.
