Thus far in my film journey, I've never shot any film not at box speed, but I am planning on conducting a test with some Kodak Ultramax on my next 2 rolls!

HP5 can deal with lots of light, all that happens is the qualities of the immage are affected as you found.
I'm thankful that I found this out even if it was accidental! Lol I always struggled with the flatness of HP5 at box speed, so this has been my favorite way to shoot it since. Thanks for the supportππΌ
