No it wasn't. I had to turn snapping off and just move it into position. Then it took a few minutes of trial and error to get the position right. I would start with that block then build two more floor pieces going towards the door. If things did not look aligned, I would then store those additional two floor pieces and then readjust the original piece. I edited all that out because it would have added another 4minutes to the video of me trying to get it just right.

You may have known this since you asked the question, but you have to click on the poster that says Home Shelter, it's usually at train stations, to get a quest to come to a certain vault and pick up a bunker.
Okay, but HOW? I cannot lay any flooring flush to the floor without it hovering above the ground!?
