This is amazing. I love searching for meaning in these kind of things, even tho I know the only meaning it has is the one we give it. It is impossible to know what someone else meant with it, but everyone can find their own meaning in these kind of things. What it means to me: I haven't found myself quite yet, or maybe I know myself better than others know themselves, but I'm not quite satisfied. I'm not quite done, not quite free. Not everyone can see my journey, but that doesn't matter, because I see it. I hear it screaming without sound. I can feel it pressing needles into my skull without pain. It sreams all what is important to me, all I should do. I'll never let it leave, since I might get lost without it. The eye: I'm always observing. Interested by the psych of everyone. I want to know how they work, how we work, how I work. Pretty colours: Not everyone sees how colourfull I am. I might seem plain to most, but my mind is full of finding unique and good working colour combinations. Why I don't dress like that is because nothing I find is good enough for me, nothing I find expresses me well enough. Dice: Lucks seems to be on my side, despite everything which went wrong. Clock: Time is of the essence, yet is is flying by; I need to remember to be patient. Eight ball: I'll always want to be a source of info; I'm always ready to help you compile all the info you have. Smiley face balloon: about a year ago I finally got my emotions back. Tape: it somehow feels repretensive of my love for things like this. Pumkin: I like a good horror story of any kind. The box of keepsakes being empty: It's hard to explain myself to others, when they haven't even come close to where I am and have been. Butterfly: ???Feels important??????? Also it will do as perfect inspiration for my upcoming weirdcore game. Which may or may not ever actually be made. Also loving all your playlists, which I use to fuel my own playlist: "background noise".

I've only seen/heard your playlist videos for a little bit, but I love this! I love the art style, the song choice, the meanings, and of course the liminal aspect. If you don't mind, I'd like to share my interpretations of the different meanings. And just my thoughts of the video. *==={this is LONG, beware}===* > the *Tally Marks* could be a reference to sh scars, especially with the bandages OR they could signify how long you've been whatever you are & the fact you've been there for a while > the *Eye with a Spiral Iris* (on your dress/chest area) may refer to dissociation because of how dazed it looks with the grey spiral design for the iris & it's first shown open in the first frame with the word 'myself' under it, so maybe it's the only piece of yourself you still retain from reality before you came to this liminal universe > the *Dress* is mainly purple with rainbow-coded sleeves and the eye is closed --> reminds me of a child's dress because of the bright colours & the eye being closed could mean Child-You/your Inner-Child is blind to whatever happened to them; maybe Older-You sees (hence the open eye at the beginning) but Child-You doesn't, which could also refer to denial as a survival instinct and/or coping mechanism; the Dress is mostly a darker purple, and dark purple often symbolizes sadness & frustration & decadence & conceit & pomposity --> this all could translate to you being lost and sad and stuck in your own liminal world as a way to cope with possible trauma [but this last bit about the purple is reaching a bit far] > the *Human Body* simply means you're human, or at least you once were human (though now in this liminal state, you're not sure) > when it says 'do you think I'm running from myself', it shows the dress w/ the closed eye (the second frame/scene) & that could signify you being ignorant to the face that you ARE running from yourself (but in a way most people think --> hence the liminal) > the next frame(s)/scene with the 'that's funny' & the 'but, no' is all black and blank, probably to show that you're talking & as a nice transition to the next scene > I like to think that you're talking to the audience through the captions & voice thing (also, love that there's captions in the actual video the *Rainbow Boots* & the *Dark Grey Bunny Stuffie* just add to the personality of your Liminal-Self; like I said already, reminds me of a child's style & makes me think that this could represent a part of you that got hurt as a child (hence the colourful style and the stuff animal), but that's also based on average child style of many colours and stuffies and playfulness; also the choker looks cool :D > the eye is looking away from the 'camera' in this scene, which I like to think means you're nervous or shy OR because you're wary of us (the auience) because you may not know us > the *Changing Head* is one of my favourite things in this video, and omg, so many things to say; first is a pill bottle (alludes to mental illness? like depression or ptsd??), then is a jack-o-latern (a fond memory of Halloween, though it's not lit? maybe a memory of sweeties or an allusion to feeling empty cause it's not lit??), then a purple bunny head (a bunny like the stuffie, maybe because bunnies can symbolize innocence?
