This guy is so good .. so efficient … if he’s not the owner .. he’s got to be paid at least 1000 per whatever shift of 3 or 4 hours … not an easy job at all … facing heat and fire … sweating it out even during winter months … can you imagine how tough his job is during the summer months …
Why not change all the woks to new woks with inbuilt long metal wood handles to eliminate the steps of using the white cloth to grab the current hot wok edge?

好老实讲,爱文生锅气真的一流,不过食物味道和对面比较就不够原味和细嫩,个人意见。
还有人说炒10几秒能有什么味道,其实这个不是煤气炉,使用火水的,温度高很多。还有炒之前已经在另个油锅炸过食材了,所以快不是问题。不是食物没味道,我是觉得锅气掩盖了食物的味道。。。现在也没有多少大排档用火水炉了,没叫你365天都去吃,偶尔也可以去支持下。
