Love your work great that your fabric art has meaning of your life. Very inspiring
Thank you Kathy 😊
Well done to all the makers and indeed Katie for producing this video - diverse work from a highly skilled group of artists.

Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it : )
Thank you. I thoroughly enjoy all of these videos.
Thank you Jenny 😊
Thank you..took me back….I enjoyed four summer schools with the Textile Studies groups…lovely to see Ruth Issett again…….and she hasn’t changed a bit!! Guess creativity is the secret to youth!
So glad you enjoyed it 😊
Fascinating video. All the work is fascinating. The lady making cordage out of natural fibres stood out for me - as a gardener I particularly like the trowel 😂💜
I agree, Alice Fox’s work is stunning.
Thank you for watching 😊
I love your comment. That you intentionally don’t finish the cross stitch to annoy your mother. I had done things like that to annoy my mother. I realize now that she has passed. That it was done out of love for her.
Thank you for watching : )
Awesome
Thank you for watching Kathy. So glad you enjoyed it 😊
Very interesting, thank you for the video. I love to hear from all those artists.
So glad you enjoyed 😊
Some absolutely wonderful work here - well done!💐
So glad you enjoyed it. You can find more information from the textile study group on their website textilestudygroup.co.uk/ Thank you for watching : )
I love your videos. I particularly resonated with the menopause quilt and what the artist said about starting the conversation. I had a particularly bad time of it and didn't know about the symptoms. It's not spoken about and l was very scared and didn't know which way to turn or what was wrong with me. Even my doctor was baffled until l asked him if it could be that. It hadn't even occurred to him. It turned out to be exactly that. I'm on HRT now and have my life back.
Thank you for sharing your story - I agree, it’s definitely a topic that needs talking more openly about. If you’d like to see more of the quilt artist’s work please visit textilestudygroup.co.uk/members/lois-blackburn/. Thank you for watching 😊
i was wondering which artist had done the purple piece at the end? amazing video, so inspiring so hear from such talented artists!
So glad you enjoyed it Lizzie. I’m not sure which artist made the piece - you might find some useful information about the Insights Exhibition on this website 😊 textilestudygroup.co.uk/publications/

hello, what were the last 3 white hanging pieces at the end of the video? do you know the artist who made those? :)
Hi Maze,
The last 3 pieces were called ‘Masquerade’ by artist Kay Greenlees. It's well worth browsing through the group's IG page instagram.com/textile_study/ for detailed information on the artworks. Thank you for watching : )
