Even windows is providing strong security, but we make it vulnerable by using cracked softwares. Windows warns us before installing the cracked softwares. Apple has airdrop. Windows has onedrive. I don't know about video editing tools. But almost every 3d software publishers or student related software are providing student/community editions. No need to go for crack. And obviously maximum gamers, game developers, animators go for windows. My suggestion is, if you have money to spend on mac and you really want mac, go for it.
