I own 2 bcd996p2 radios and a bcd325p2.
I paid premium subscription to rasioreference in order to use Freescan to program my original BCD996p2. I decided when I purchased the handheld that I was going to clone it with one the bcd996p2 radios. Then I tried just downloading the data file into the handheld from my pc freescan files. BAMMOOO IT WORKS!
