    Egg Pakoda Recipe - Street Style Evening Snack:
    Egg Pakoda is a popular Indian street food and a perfect evening snack. These crispy and spicy fritters are made by dipping boiled eggs in a seasoned gram flour (besan) batter and deep-frying them to golden perfection. The combination of the soft egg inside and the crunchy coating outside makes it a favorite among all age groups. Serve it hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
    RECIPE INGREDIENTS:👇
    4 boiled eggs, cut in halves
    1 cup besan (gram flour)
    1 tsp red chili powder
    1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    Water (as needed to make the batter)
    Oil for frying
    INSTRUCTIONS:👇
    1. Prepare the Batter:
    In a mixing bowl, combine besan, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, hing, baking soda, salt, and turmeric powder. Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk to make a smooth, thick batter without lumps.
    2. Coat the Eggs:
    Dip each boiled egg half into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated.
    3. Heat the Oil:
    In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. To check if the oil is ready, drop a small amount of batter into the oil; if it sizzles and rises to the surface, the oil is hot enough.
    4. Fry the Pakodas:
    Gently slide the coated eggs into the hot oil. Fry them in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
    5. Drain the Excess Oil:
    Remove the egg pakodas from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
    6. Serve:
    Serve the hot and crispy egg pakodas with your favorite dipping sauce.
