Quite a change from your normal premium showing. The G3c is a great value. I've seen them as low as $226. I've had one for a couple years and it has been very reliable - WITH the right ammo. It runs all range ammo, but is somewhat picky with defense ammo. And I do carry it often when I am working around the "ranch".
@RidersRange My G2c eats everything. There is nothing it won't feed so I don't have to worry about the right ammo. Over 600 rounds of all kinds and still flawless. I have heard the G3c can be picky but that may be quality control in the feed ramp area as there is a lower and upper feed ramp that should have little to no gap when the barrel is locked in.

Congratulations on your first purchase! Please let me know what your experience is after you shoot it. Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to stop by.
Nice review! These really are great pistols and quite a bargain, too. I understand why many may overlook them, but unless you're shopping used firearms, I don't think too many other pistols will even come close to what it offers in that price point. 👍👍
I agree with you. And like I mentioned in the video, the sample we have at the gun range counter has thousands of rounds through it with zero problems. As always, thank you very much for stopping by.
I just watched you G3C video, and I thought I'd jus throw in my two cents. I also have the pistol, for maybe two years now, and I really like it. So much so, that it is with me mostly 90% of the time. I do have a couple of other pieces I trade out with from time to time. Mine is box stock other than a night sight, and a Talon grip. I, too, have never had a problem with the gun. I also have its older brother, the PT111 G2, which I've never had a problem with, either. The subtle changes made in the G3C, to me, make it an almost perfect pistol. Thanks for the review. Good job.
The people that I know that own them, really like them. And as I mentioned in the video, at Range USA, they haven’t had a single problem with their range guns with thousands of rounds of them. Thank you very much for watching. I appreciate it.

Best bang for the buck I have come across. I picked up my G3c last month for $229 with a $30 Taurus mail-in rebate. I don't understand how they do it but wish I had the foresight to get more than one. The rebate is good on any G3 model until 1/15 but I can't find that 229 deal again LOL
Thanks for your excellent review of the Taurus G3C and for showing us both the Range USA copy with a high round count and your new personal G3C. I recently picked up one with a black slide and flat dark earth frame. Mine shoots great and fits my hand perfectly. Btw, my shooting range is, Range USA in North Richland Hills, Texas near Fort Worth.
Once you get used to it, you will tighten those groups and it will most likely will move point of impact a bit to the right - I tend to pull left with a new autoloader too - only natural for a right handed shooter. I love my my G3C. I find that it is very easy to shoot quickly, very accurately. It's also compact and light. I carry mine in a JTX Tactical 'Fat Guy' holster - which I highly recommend. Thanks for the vid!
In my experience, the G2C had issues with reliability, etc. The shop I worked at before, along with others, shops wouldn't carry the brand. I hear nothing but good things about the G3C now. My shop sells a few of these daily.

@rbm6184 The newer G2Cs as of this time, right now, I haven't heard too much. I've personally seen issues myself with this firearm on the range as an RSO a year ago. Both the G2C and G3C are selling at least 3 to 5 a day at the shop I work at now. (The other shop I worked at wouldn't carry Taurus brand) If you have one that works, keep it!
@@KeanonGilliamSlang369 Well I have had my G2c since 2018.
