@@ruhenot6682 To be frank with you Ruhenot, I did not actually know that you could just create a new account. What's even the point in having such a system then if you can just tie a rope to the top and climb over the wall? It kinda makes the wall useless, does it not? But, then again, that is also what most users seems to suggest that Twitter has been for the longest time. But to answer your original question, I do use Twitter on occasion, but I have yet to be suspended myself so I simply just assumed that the effect would be permanent as stated in this video.
@@ruhenot6682 actually you’re half right but it doesn’t take that long for them to find out that made fake accounts. That’s how they kept out alex jones who was permaband. They sometimes check your IP and MaC address. Then if you start refolllowing certain people especially to the common people you used to be friends with, an algorithm is triggered… your account gets band with a quickness…. Then there are those that will snitch on you. Plenty of ways people get their alt accounts get blocked….
I know this for a fact on FB as I been banned on my main account and I made 2 alts to troll LiBs lol… my account got shut down there too… bunch of cowards
@@Aberrantly It wouldnt be that easy. They track device ID so you can't get back on with the same phone or computer. You would need to buy new ones. Plus he wouldn't be able to tweet under his own name anymore. Technically its possible to get back on after a ban, but she still looked like a stupid bint asking the question.
@@MakerInMotion not only its not impossible ، but actually easy. If you are band in computer you can just make another account and use it on your phone and visa versa. you can use your name and change it a bit like by adding anything or using your initials , and potentially they wouldnt ban you again. Thats in the case they actually ban you device’s id, i believe bans are meaningless UNLESS you are a public figure in which case they can easily track you by follower count and ban you quickly, and also you’ll lose your verification checkmark

My Twitter account got perma-banned too a year ago during an argument relating to autism and I'm the autistic person who was defending themselves against an ableist troll and yet I was the one who got banned. I wrote an appeal to Twitter asking why and I just got a generic automated email about breaking the rules. I wrote again and asked for a human to tell me which rules did I break with which tweets. The only possibly category I saw that had anything to do with my tweets was 'disability' but it was MY 'disability' that was being mocked by this person. Twitter responded with the same exact automated response. I tried again and again. A total of 12 appeals over a couple of months and every single one I received the same response. Do they even HAVE any humans working at Twitter?
Ironically my argument was also about Elon Musk. It was relating to a claim Musk made in 2019 about how autism was a 'brain disease' that his Neuralink could potentially 'solve' and my main issue with it was that of course autism is NOT a disease at all and there is nothing to solve or cure or surgically remove or anything. We're different, not diseased. And this person (apparently a Musk fan) came and argued with me and insulted me and generally wound me up. So yeah, imagine my eye-rolling this year when Musk comes to buy Twitter. To me it felt like he already owned it cos it felt like I got punished rather harshly for calling out Musk's bull. Yet, I had reported many disgusting tweets of other people on there, whether racist, homophobic, transphobic or the worst I reported was people trying to get the age of consent LOWERED by quite a lot. Freaks. Yet, none of those got deleted or suspended. So it felt weird that Twitter banned me for life for defending myself being an autistic person but they're quite happy to allow hate speech and nonces continue on their platform. After the 12th attempt to appeal I just grew too tired. The waiting between each appeal and their response kinda messed with my anxiety and depression issues and I decided it was best for my health just to stop. I tried to even see it as a positive. Sure, I lost some great friends on there I used to love talking to (some of which I've managed to reconnect with on Insta and FB fortunately) but in general, Twitter can be an absolutely vile pit of depraved weirdos looking to cause you grief. I'd already had threats and people making gross 'jokes' about my sexual assault I had brought up in a different thread. I am a straight male sexual assault survivor who was assaulted by another man and it's bad enough it took years for me to admit that and come to terms with it. I did not need the crass idiocy of trolls butting into a thread where I was relating and sympathise with another survivor.
Anyways my point is whether Waldman was suspended or not doesn't mean much at all especially if Twitter never gave Waldman a proper response either.

That sucks. It was probably someone in Twitter trolling you and violating their own rules, and then accused you of it, or someone that felt like Twitter was going to protect them and knew they could abuse the rules and blame someone else. They never even look at the Tweets with objectivity to make a determination. I got suspended once because of something I said to a female, who then cried foul claiming she was only 16 and I shouldn't disagree with her so firmly because of that, as if I could tell she was 16 and that doesn't matter because she put herself into the conversation and was quite abusive and then tried to use her age as a defense. My account was unsuspended, however because they found that she had abused their rules, not me.
@@reformcongress Yeah, I kept asking Twitter to look at my tweets and look at the argument and see the context of the tweets but yeah same automated repsonse every single time so I lost my Twitter account I'd had for 12 years and had a whole lot of online history of mine on there all gone. I was gutted. But yeah I do feel I'm probably better off without it these days. :) Glad you got yours back. :)

their attacking their character by bringing in witnesses, and now the lawyers are attacking the characters of the witnesses, so by making the witnesses look bad they can decrease their "Trustworthyness" and therefor make an attempt to basically nullify their testemony....i think... i'm no lawyer man this also doesn't make any sense this is just the one situation in my mind where this court case actually makes the most sense, and even then it barely resembles any form of "Sense".
