Spring Cold Front Bass Fishing | Cedar Creek Lake

A cold front blew through and shut the fish off on a spring cold front bass fishing day. I was able to find a couple of fish on Cedar Creek Lake with this Spring Cold Front Srategy.

It was a tough day after this front. Here's one strategy to find a fish or two. What's your strategy for post cold front fishing?

I honestly struggle some of those days as many! The best advice and way I navigate that is realizing that a lot of the bass will lock jaw and suspenders drop or get lazy
On the bite. Bottom baits I’ll typically start with and get in the thicker cover on given lakes..I notice I can still get a decent bite here and there but it’s hard on post frontal conditions! Any angler that is willing to get out there and grind like yourself it may seem like a bad day but a lot of those tourney days are too..turns good angler! Confidence is big too
To me and just grinding those days…finesse is smart too and switching it up as u did as well . We can not choose the conditions when off so it can be a challenge especially early in the season and around through the spawn. Great bite one day and can be hard the next time out

That’s real fishing right there. Hey check this out no joke I have fished there for many years. One day I caught a 4.5 pound smallmouth on the dam in the deep corner. Strange huh. Probably a smallmouth lake record 🤣. Great video man 👍🏼🇺🇸
