I'm a Chelsea fan for 40 years and I was looking forward to Pochettino next season. The grass isn't always greener on the other side and the social media and tiktok influencers just don't have any patience anymore. I guarantee they couldn't sit through a 3-hour movie. And the reason the owners looking at those sort of managers is because of having to pay Pochettino a year's salary. See what I mean short memory 3:53 none of these players have ever played together and you're saying we've had a poor defence. we had a massive injury crisis at the club the biggest we've ever had and you're talking nonsense about we should be doing this we shouldn't be doing that . Why do these Chelsea fans on social media don't do their research. From Christmas to the end of the season we lost one game

I do not like this false narrative of Matisse that there were only 5 good matches out of 38 under Poch. Yes, Poch made some mistakes however, most of the good performances ended in a draw or loss due to poor finishing, selfish play, not tracking back. In the first match against Arsenal, the team was cruising to a 2-0 until Sanchez and Gusto errors. And don't get me started with Disasi's own goal.

Align the vision. Consortium owners, technical directors, special teams department and the medical team departments with the player type and the coaching staff vision.
There were gaps in the players' skill level, maturity, soccer iq. Pochettino guided a team with one hand in a cast and the other tied behind his back. Too few times we witnessed how well the team could perform. Pochettino somehow ultimately found novel ways to nudge and goad Chelsea to the finish line.

You know the thing that annoys me the most ? Let me tell you ! A few years back media & pundits etc. Saying big clubs need to give British managers more of a chance . Well now it’s actually happening everyone seems to be pressed about it ! Flip flopping at its finest ! 🫣😬🥱
