- Recovering from Marijuana Addiction is an inside job. You can get everything you ever wanted from smoking weed without smoking weed. This is a story of my recovery. I hope you find some value in it. Much Love
I almost convinced myself to take a baby hit from the weed pen, and had to pull up one of your videos to change my mind. Thanks again Billie
Almost two months sober, not going back! Super rough tho, the emptiness and depression are really creeping in. If you're also trying focus on the long run, five years from now, start today! Thank you for your videos and heart to heart conversations ❤
You're not empty in any regard
You're actually filling Yourself back up
Don't forget the damage it did to us
Your mind body spirit is becoming clearer
That's the opposite of being empty.
Stick with it & then You'll never go back
Life is about finding our purpose &
not to be doped up living in dreamland.
You're lovely don't waste Yourself in a trap
Love and kindest of regards 🕊
Just ticked over 5 months sober from weed and tobacco after 20 years of regular use. Still having mood ups and downs and dealing with the random feeling creeping up on me that something is missing, or that situations can't be enjoyed fully until I blaze again. But standing strong and pushing through. Hope u do too. The clarity and freedom is on the other side for us. ❤
I was that pothead who put on a good show worked my way up to senior exec while stoned out my mind earning senator pay and running multiple side businesses and i felt burned out high hazy in a cloud all the time.. neglected important things and felt that if i could do this much while stoned.. how much more can i accomplish if sober... gave it all up about a week ago.. pray for me.
How is it going?
@awarenessispower bro, im still going strong and sober.. thanks for asking 🙏
@@zulubeatsprince Of course. That is great to hear. I hope you keep it up. I am on the journey of sobriety also. Life is so much better being free of addiction.
@@zulubeatsprincestill sober? 🙏🏼
@Elusive0101 yes indeed still going strong and feeling great. Must be almost 2 months now. Thanks for checking for real. 💪🙏
When i first found your videos 2 years ago, I knew i really needed to make a change, but couldn’t. Alcohol was a problem for me too. I’m now almost a year into sobriety, and so much better off than i was. Thanks for your inspiration Bill.
Awesome brother
Doing Gods work
Great videos Bill. I deeply appreciate what you are doing with this channel. I’m about your age and needing the support of what you are talking about
40 year smoker here. Still don’t have the balls to quit. Anytime I have tried to quit I feel so weird I can’t stand it. 😡
What's the longest you quit for?
I can’t remember the last time I made it 24 hrs. It’s been a while. maybe made it a month at some point before that
Try vaping CBD oil in the 800 strength. And also take drops of it orally wen craving is too intense. This can help u through the initial first few days wen it’s really bad. But u won’t need the CBD for long just for that first week or so. It might contain a really tiny trace amount of thc but will get u over the hump.
@@TomJ68 It will be weird at first but you will get used to it.
Thank you for sharing these videos it really helped me to quit and realise that I was heavily addicted to it and it did me no good. 11 days sober so far the longest I’ve done in 8 years
Good stuff man keep it up
How is it going?
@@awarenessispower feeling better than ever bro. I don’t even want to smoke anymore smoked a joint two weeks ago felt weird asf threw like half of it away. Much more clear minded and life’s took a different direction for the good. Feel like all them years getting high held me back like crazy
@@Elevated138 That's great to know! I'm proud of you. Stay strong and don't look back. Onward and Upward Only!
@@awarenessispower respect 👊
Not only are your videos awe inspiring & give plenty of perspective, wisdom and awesome stories, but we got a nice community down in the comments with more stories teaming with motivation. Cheers eveyone 🇨🇦
The irony of the first time I ever FELT the feeling of being high on pot was , even though it was intense and (to some degree) pleasant- it was something that I knew , right then and there, I was going to be contending with for a long, long time in my life. And I did - decades. It was like , at that moment ( as I look back) I had “taken the bait” , and I was gonna be hindered for a long time from it .
I guess it was a spiritual ploy of the enemy that I had given into. And now, I often wonder how my life would’ve been better and different had I just never started , or had the insight to have quit , many , many years ago…..
Sometimes “subtlety” can be far more powerful and destructive than the obvious
I propose that it opened some doors that gave you the enlightened views you are telling us now that wouldn’t have been possible without it ?
Thank you Bill. I can feel your message of hope. Decades of use for me too. Got a medical prescription since two years now. Using CBD every day with THC. Don’t have the beat down since. You speak from the heart. Have a good clean day!
Couldn’t have said it better myself
Thank you Coach Howie!
Bill, thank you for the videos, helps a lot to the process to quit weed, i quit and relapse 4 times. The first moment i decide off smoke in my life was in the start 2023 when i smoke for 12 Years non stoping, the first month was so hard to me and i see is a problem, i make 3 months almost 4. I relapse and still smoking the rest of the Years. I quit again this year and relapse again in march.
Bro, i líke so much smoking because im from venezuela in Cabimas. Here Is so boring because no have so many things to do. That Is the reason why i smoke. But makes me lazy, not confidence, spend money have munchies etc.
I know the best decisión Is quit but boring sometime wins to me. I see you like a friend have much experience
literally the moment i needed it
Man I'm barely 24 hours weed free & really struggling. I honestly never want to feel this horrible feeling ever again.
Appreciate this
How long the depression time lasted in your case? Did you isolate yourself? Neglected contact with closed ones?
These videos always come exactly when I need them the most
Thank you 🙏
My experience is the more I smoked the more I felt like I needed it messed up lately I’m clean and I feel I’m taking over my life as I age it stopped working and it caused all the things I was using it for
I appreciate what you are doing Bill. You are the reason I took that first step. It's not easy to get sober, but with the help of your videos and support, I am going strong and will contiune to do so! Thank you for doing what you do.
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing mate 👍🏼
God bless you Bill. I respect you alot for speaking the truth and telling it like it is with no BS. MUCH LOVE from New Zealand 🇳🇿
You know a lot Bill. Keep bringing your insight. Thank You
IAM grateful for your channel my brother 🙏🌍🕊️

thanks for sharing your insights 💙
Clean & Sober for almost 9 years now, attended plenty of meetings the first few years. Very helpful to change the environment and the so called friends. It gave me a lot of new perspectives on life.
Life Is Really good when you're not a slave to addiction.
Thank you for a good channel Sir 🙏🏻
Thank you for your videos
So on point it hurts to relate
Real deal. Thanks man!
You do know what your talking about. Because it is exactly like that for a weed addict
Thanks
hi
Im certain this helps a bunch of people, but having a strong will makea a huge difference. I've smoked pot on and off since i was 14. I stopped while i was in the US Navy, then started back up again. I've stopped and started up several times since then. I've never really had a problem stopping if I wanted to. I obtained a bachelor's, masters, and doctorate while ingesting cannabis. My overall GPA is 3.91 from bachelors to doctorare. I ran a successful organization for 3 years, served as adjudication officer at the VA, and have traveled and continue to live a VERY FULL life while ingesting cannabis.
I am certain your videos are helpful to others - mainly people who are undiciplined with weak wills and no ambition.
Just know, cannabis is not the achilles heel some say it is.
Cannabis addiction is an emotional affiction that afflicts people who are already unmotivated, unambitious, and incurious.
It’s true what u say. It seems like if u are already generally a high functioning person it might not effect your life negatively as much. I feel like I was always struggling to be motivated or high functioning even b4 weed. I think it varies from person to person how much it hinders u.
@@ildyivy this rings true
@@novafamily8430 this doesn’t mean that I believe people need weed to function or that it doesn’t cause harm. In some cases maybe some people really do have a better life quality on weed but we weren’t designed to be reliant on weed to have a fullfilled life.
its like 6+ months and i really miss it
I went 6 and relapsed back on it now
@@SimGTAandCODme too
how was it?
@@novelaego2404 it’s really sad actually
@SimGTAandCOD damn 🙏🏼
How do people cope getting off it??
For me, I started doing hobbies and working out
