Stock grip tapes that come with the maya is also different from previous Lamzu grip tapes. They're thinner and gripper which makes them almost the same as the corepads grips, didn't feel the need to get aftermarket grips for my copy
Bought a Lamzu Thorn for Black Friday because my Model D broke. It’s bizarre how a mice that barely cost me much has great build quality/feel and yet performs amazing. I might pick up the Maya eventually.
Just wanted to correct myself and say the Maya may work for palm grip should you have smaller hands. I can kind of see it happening via my own testing but I can't confirm this given I just don't have the hands that can...
No need. This looks fantastic in 1080 60p. And most modern computers and TVs upscale to 4K effortlessly if anyone needs sharpness. Exceptional video - happy holidays 🎉 🌲
I really like what you said in the end, that it meets in the middle between the HTX and the HTS+. Would you compare it as well as in the middle between the Atlantis mini and the HTS+? I ask because I have those two, and I'm looking something that can suit better for my hands lol. The HTS+ for me is goated, but a bit too big for me (the hump mainly, too tall for me), so I'm not 100% comfy on it. On the other hand, the Atlantis mini is a perfect fit in terms of size, but I'm missing the hump. I have been thinking on getting the X2H mini or the maya (or both if it's possible lmao), so really not sure.
How is the sensor placement on the Maya in comparison to the X2H mini? I got the X2H mini and the sensor was super low, microadjustments felt unresponsive and aim felt completely off. Such a shame since the X2H mini has such a nice shape.
I think the Maya placement it similar to X2H Mini, I don't understand how the X2-H Mini could feel super low given how big the hump is and forces you to grip further back. Perhaps the Mini size is too small for you and maybe the regular X2H is better? The entire X2 family, while not being as far forward as I like, is still one of the most consistent sensor placements there are in my opinion.
@@its_yifang I measured the distance between the back of the mouse and the sensor on the X2H Mini and it was ~60mm, the same as the DAV3. For comparison, the HTX sensor is ~69mm from the back. It's not unusable by any means, it just feels off. Wish there was a mouse between the HTX and HTS+ with similar sensor placement :(
@@MustyPickle87 your can't just gauge based off the distance when the shape of the mice are different and enforce different grips. It only makes sense for HTX to be further forward given how low it is, and therefore a more forward grip. Opposite is true on the X2-H series. DAV3 as an ergo with flatter rear also intends you to grip further forward, which is why 60mm on DAV3 feels entirely unusable by X2 family all feel fine. Regardless though, you're never going to get that forward sensor placement on any mice other than the G-Wolves stuff.
Been considering getting this as a late Christmas present. How's this compared to pulsar's x2v2 or x2h for a claw grip player? Should I just pull the trigger?
I got to say this but your channel is the best thing that i discovered in this year. I honestly got a problem with buying a new mouse for me, previously got viper v2 pro, superlight, dav 3 pro non of them was good for me. I have a pretty small hands(17x10) and iam playing with relaxed claw grip. I was looking for a Lamzu Thorn as a new mouse but i was concerned about the review of borardzy. Then i found your channel and after you review i bought it :D and iam really happy about this. So far it is the best mouse for me, the only isuee for me is scroll wheel i think it is to heavy that i got a feeling that is to heavy for the weight of this mouse i think i need to just adjust to it. But not gonna lie maya looks perfect. That is why i have a question which of them do you prefer for relaxed claw, which one of them is more stable ?
@@dogxoo6368 all the mice you mentioned are fantastic, purely depends on how you grip your mouse. X2 mini would be the safest option, then maya then Atlantis mini, if you don't know what you'd like.
Just got mine today, absolutely love it. Just wanted to not discourage any palm-grip people out there - upgraded to this from my logitech G900 (Simmilar shape, much heavier) and it works wonderfully as a palm grip guy.
I have a loose sounding right mousebutton, is there a way to fix it myself or rather send it back and wait for a new batch? Support told me its "normal pre travel"
MACMATE JOINING THE LAMZU GANG. It's a small and light mouse though, you might take some time to adjust if you are used to traditional esport bricks...
I don't like the viper mini se, namely shape is too small for me. Other than that, the mouse is quite good, but solid shell on maya is another win for me.
I woulda bought it but ill never buy a mouse without opticals again. I dealt with like 15 mice that double clicked and ill never deal with that again..... I dont care if opticals dont feel as good THEY ARE PROGRESSING and I can deal with a slight off feeling for NEVER having to deal with one more god damn double click. The end.
Amazing review as always, you are the king 👑

Average Lamzu experience, and Glorious is known for the complete opposite experience...
What's your thoughts on the updated Maya 8K? I have one on the way but I'm currently using the Sora V2. You must be ecstatic about the Maya X.

Think maya is exactly what you're looking for. The X2-H Mini will still feel very similar in sizing to HTS+ 4K.
@@its_yifang that's great to know. Thanks!
Are u able to try if a displate metal poster would work as a mousepad im really curious to know
Also please more montages they are really funny
sick video man. lamzu maya is probably my next
Do you know what the LP/HP and peak performance settings in the software do? Also should I use the motion sync feature? I plan on using it at 2000hz

Please review the Ninjutso Sora 4K!! Compared to the X2H/mini, Atlantis/mini, and Maya. Much love ❤
If I ever get one, sure!

They're all great for claw, but different. Can't exactly compare 🤣

Maya better fit imo, thorn is a big bulkier. Maya would be better for aiming if you adjust to using it.
@@its_yifang so your main is maya now?
@@gerwalt8235 No, HTS+ 4k as I explained in the video.

what aftermarket skates did you use on ur hts+ i can't find a hts+ corepads
Viper Mini.
Maya or HTX 4k for pincer fingertip grip ?
I'd pick Maya, HTX too low to get the pincer in IMO.
You think this would be good for 20cm by 10cm relaxed claw grip
Too small brother
would you say its better the the atlantis mini idk what to buy i should have never looked what mices are in the market there are so many
