Just my thoughts, I think better to have user review from this same owner after at least 1 year, since he just bought & completed only 1st service for this very new vehicle in the market. It’s completely not tolerable for a car manufacturer to have showrooms single digits only for a markets like Tamilnadu, if they want to establish themselves they have to 1st establish their service network. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 to the owner of this car, have a safe ride.
Bro Citroen is the supplier of engine to Hyundai, Kia, Tata and Mahindra etc..Very reliable engine and performance but as you said they need to extend service centers and sales point .these are performance cars Indians may not like it .

As for reliability, New brands like Citroen have to prove themselves over a long period of time, not everyone researches and buys products based on what they saw online, positive word of mouth is also important, this is just my opinion and perspective.

Last point Krishna mentioned was test drive. I took the version 1 for 30 kms on right g road and all positive points was absolutely right. I didn't get answer from Sales person why this didn't go for ncap test
I have tested C3 AIrcross , i just want to know whether pure tech 110 engine is reliable for long run. Can you clarify Naturally aspirated engine or Turbo charged engine is better. If possible can you suggest which can better value for money C3 Aircross / Tata Nexon / Breeza.

Buy it If u able to maintain c3 even citroen company fails.... next model c3x sedan model going to be reveal next year...wait till launch date of sedan model... u will get better choice to buy...I also owned c3 na engine service cost for 2nd service 2700 rs...I also asked service cost for engine repair...they said that they never repaired any car engine fault for 1 year...I bought 3 months back...clutch plate assemble kit change repair cost also 5000rs they said which is nominal spare price like swift......I don't know about turbo engine maintenence c3 aircross having turbo engine....u better enquiry to service centre too for service centre...
