OK this isn’t going to go down well but ….. The stage layout leaves Bono nowhere to go. The floor can take 2000 more people. Larry, God we miss Larry. The screen has so much more to give. I don’t see how a touring band can use this venue it’s a residency only and that’s not the future. Still the best live ticket you’ll buy but i miss the days when they were the biggest band you’ve never heard of. Get a beer out of the fridge and watch the original zoo tv tour 😍
Floor is always best for sound in any venue. The people who record bootlegs always get close to the sound board area on floor level. That’s where you are most likely to hear what the sound guy hears without weird echoes. But they say Sphere is engineered to have great sound anywhere without sounds bouncing up and out like they do in stadiums.
In some of the songs when Edge sang it sounded like the guy sitting next to me was singing(he wasn’t) the sound is amazing in the Sphere!

Sitting in the 400's, it was tempting, but steep. Plus some of the visuals would leave you reeling a bit.

Its so steep it take a little while to get used to. .you'll see in a bit they do stand. Some complained it causing dizziness and vertigo

I was in Section 204. The 100 section doesn’t give a good view of the entire sphere. 200 and 300 sections are the best

Not with the Sphere sound system. The sound image is reported to be identical in every seat.
