Wow, thanks for the vlogs! May l ask, how did Lincoln do there with his food allergies?
So glad you are enjoying our videos! Lincoln did well with his food sensitivities. For the most part it's easy to avoid most but not always all of them. The rice, ugali, and chapati's are gluten free due to the different grains they use. Dairy is not used much in the stews and meats they served us. Thanks for watching!
