We know Calli beats all of Hololive (even Danchou, the muscle woman of JP pretty easily lol) and Kronii lifts (the two haven't really wrestled each other yet) so it's still pretty vague.
Both in canon and headcanon, the entirety of advent is super low bar, even when they got in-name "demons" (that are supposed to be more powerful and higher-tiered than some anthrophomorfic magic construct, other than gargoyles, in a power fantasy). They got defeated by SCP-esque average human npcs, and imprisioned in a mortal-constructed place (the allegedly "indestructible" magic rock, somehow lost her physical-humanoid form and shiori had to use her gem form as an arcane-focus). Their strongest "noncanonical" feat is nerissa blasting the planet with a casual scream (through toonforce shenanigans in hologra). When considering all options, im now certain holojustice can "match" then. Gigi and cece would 2v3 then (biboo + fuwamoco, as shiori is a non-combatant, and nerissa.. she would AoE friendly-fire and "BFR" the pebble-weighed biboo) and still manage to reach a draw.
Ofcourse biboo is the strongest. She is The Rock. I mean have you seen The Rock? :D Though, I am surprised biboo won. Even biboo is like, "Huh? I won?".
We always knew Biboo was the strongest in Advent. With just a bit more training she will become strongest in all of Hololive!
