Ongoing development lead us to design the new DreamStick X. In this Designer Talk, Damien walks you through all the details and features that make this our best bar yet.
kitesurf bar design is engineering poetry. A balanced mix of creativity (and design vision), serious mechanical engineering, and subtle but important ergonomics considerations... EDIT: its what makes light outdoor sport gear design so interesting in general...
0:40 it will hopefully not get stuck during turns like the clickbar, which annoys me more and more. A different depower system is obvious, this might be a choice of personal preference. I wonder if the new monoblock will add noticeable weight to the bar feeling. Also I do not understand why the floaters are still fully connected to the bar ends. I would expect splitted floaters, like seen by other brands, to led to an even more featherweight feeling on the bar system. Apart from this I am pretty stoked to try it out as soon as possible

I love it🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾😎
Can I make Y or V adjustments on it? Do you have stopper for it?
Hi, right now we don't have the option to change the position of the Y split
An optional rope slider connection instead of the chicken loop would be a nice addition.
We completely agree! They will be available to order soon. Shoot us an email if you're looking to get one.
Another vote for the rope slider. Make it with backline depower and micro leash like the Kauper Pintxo and I'm in.
Go Kevin!
what is the difference with my Duotone Clickbar?
