4 NYCPhoneBuyer: 12 series earspeaker

The 12 series has a huge issue with faulty earspeaker. Here's a quick video on the replacement process. Supe easy repair and perfect for a beginner just learning to use their iron. Not a lot that can be screwed up in my opinion. Here's a breakdown:
1) Add flux to the solder anchor holes.
2) Add some low melt solder to the holes and gently slide it off or lift the flex one hole at a time
3) Once removed, add flux and tin the pads on the new speaker
4) Place or align your flex cable over the speaker
5) Add solder to the holes et voila! C'e tutto!
