A Chinese agent, selling an overpriced penthouse which is blatantly being marketed *exclusively* to rich Chinese people from Hong Kong or China, while people who have lived here all their lives have no hope of ever being able to afford to buy ANYTHING. I've seen listings like this before. Often the buyer won't even LIVE in it, or will just have some son or daughter living in it while they go to U.B.C. -- and then they'll try to resell it at a huge profit, having done nothing whatsoever to improve it. Rich Chinese people have destroyed the Vancouver real estate market, with prices going through the roof, for listings that no honky is even being offered. Like THIS one!
