Instagram So the best way is to set a particular time to do it like from 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm I watch my phone And rest of the day I use an app which blocks all social media apps Hope that this might help someone 😊😊

No need to do all these. Deepanshu bhaiya have told these only for those who is focusing only on boards and want to strictly get above 95%+. To be honest you can get 95% even without all these but since you’re a jee aspirant, don’t focus on making a boards target instead focus on your jee. Just before 1 month of boards start solving previous year papers *with proper subjective way of writing answers* and read ncert. Focus on jee for the whole year. If boards is in march then focus on it from February and also put english and fifth subject on priority because you are already knowing pcm. If you will be doing good in jee, it means you already know all the concepts, you just need writing practice and one month is enough.
