Hanna, you are really good talking in front of the camera. Seems so natural and comfortable. 👍 By the way, we started to use balls on the harnesses last year and are so satisfied with them. /Stina
Hi Hanna. Do you recommend regular neck collar to start on commands? And then move to the pulling harness? This will be our very first time. I have one husky and 2 half husky great pyrenees mix. (90 percent husky personality and stamina.)
That's a great question! I think it would depend on your training style, and which commands you are trying to train. If you're training the go and stop commands, I would start in the harness, that way they already can associate it with the activity. If you're focusing on gee and haw, you might be able to do a bit more focused training just in a collar. If you haven't read it before, there is a popular book called: Training Lead Dogs: Or, How to Turn Ordinary Dogs Into Lead Dogs Thru Positive Training by Lee Fishback. Thanks for watching, and I hope my response was useful!

Oh wow, thank you so much! ☺️
That's nice to hear that you like the ball. Is it difficult to work with with mittens and gloves on?
I adore her she called it what it is 😤🙌🏽💯✊🏽

mushing is good. Racing is bad. These aren't "sports". I believe calling it that is perpetuating alot of bad behavior.
Hey Mac,
It would be interesting to hear what bad behaviour you're thinking about regarding see it as a sport. It's always an interesting discussion!
What brands harness is the first one? I tried a Neewa but it is a little short
