Kim never loved him as much as he did. I feel bad for him, although he went about the engagement all wrong it wasn't because he didn't love her it was because he was a little child like and wasn't ready to be a husband, but now he is willing to give marriage a serious shot, and has consistently been there for kim but she just never gives him a chance :(
