OKAY
NOW I'm in Double SHOCK...
First you paint Antiques/Furniture...
Now You are Painting over REAL MARBLE????
My Heart can't much more... I need to sit down... LOL
Wow! This looks incredible! You can now add "chemist" to your resume! You are truly amazing. Thank you for posting this video. I'm going to save it!
Haha, I'll need a lab coat now
I have to admit it looks awesome...and I don`t even like marble, usually white is just not for me. But - the whole piece looks -W-O-W !!! Crisp and modern and expensive.
Girl, you truly brought remodeling to a new level!
SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL
WOW!!!!
Now I'm a Believer....
Wow absolutely stunning! Can’t wait to see the finished piece.
Still a bit more work to do, but its almost done
Reading over the comments I can't think of anything to add, except you can add Magician to your list of talents. Thanks so very, very much for sharing!!!
Thank you!
You did such a good video for anyone that has never worked with resin before. Excellent job! Beautiful, realistic outcome!
painting sticks work really good to apply the colors. You can actually drag them across the surface into the flood coat to make interesting veins. Great job and wow it looks amazing on the final piece!
You did a fabulous job! It definitely looks real and you made it look easy. I’d LOVE to try this. I’ve watched several videos on the subject BUT I started crafting and I have a cluttered, chaotic bedroom. Now, I’m flipping a little side table, in another room. I’m going to put this on the hold list, for now, so my hubs doesn’t feel like he needs to sleep in his barn-cave. 🤪 💕
Oh wow that was awesome and you made it seem a lot less scary!
Amazing😲🤯🤑💯🌟💕💕💕💕🌼🌼 love it! Will definitely try it. You're soooooo talented. I'm an artist and just started doing furniture, I love you're style, elegant and chic. I'm learning a lot from you. Thank you for sharing so generously. Like Oprah says " When you know better, you do better and you do better, you teach." 😊😉🙏
I held my breath a few times, but this came out FANTASTIC!!!
I may have held mine a few times too
Gorgeous !! I love the change in the marble color and the veins of grey. Thanks for another great instructional video !!
You are so welcome - hope it's helpful!
Oh wow!! So beautiful.. taught me a new trick, the blow dryer. Made the look very authentic. Great job Brandy
You make this look doable (for me). You keep the pour to a minimum and keep it neat. Beautiful!
You can totally do it!
Love how the top turned out! I did our kitchen counters with Stonecoat and it turned out beautiful. Fun process!
OK you’ve really topped yourself on this piece. I watched in amazement as you confidently poured the resin and completed the whole process! You are truly the master of “Furniture Creation”. You are a true master artist and it’s a pleasure to watch you work.
Beautifully done Brandy! This resin pour turned out absolutely amazing. Congrats to another successfully executed faux finish technique. Cheers! 🍾🥂🎨
Absolutely STUNNING! Not sure I'll ever be brave enough to try this though...😊
That looks beautiful!…Here goes my coffee table, wish me luck 😁
You can do it!
Just amazing Brandy LOVE IT.

This was absolutely amazing 👏 😍 🙌 ❤️. I cannot wait to use this technique for a gorgeous baroque half circle buffet table I have!
You really are awesomely talented. You have such an amazing grasp of so many varied techniques. Really impressive. I adore watching your tutorials and look forward to each new one! Thank you so much for all you share! I cast my first resin moulds the other night and was blown away by how easy it was and how flexible they are when first done. Not sure I'd be brave enough to try a marble table yet but in time maybe!
What a work! An incredible one!!! Congrats!!
Mesmerizing watching this. As I said on the other video for this piece, this is one of my favorites. Gorgeous.
Thank you!
Superb!!!! You make it look like it’s doable for all of us. Brandy, you inspire dreams. Thank you so much for sharing your lesson-learned knowledge.
Thanks so much for the kind words! And it is doable - you've got this😉
Incredible! Such a beautiful, life like result Brandy! I'm not going to lie, I think it took guts to create this, I don't know if I could do it! 😬. Thank you so much for a brilliant demo video ❤

Wow!!, that is really fun looking, i might try that if i get a piece that needs something like that. Amazing artsy and looks like a diyer like me could try it. Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks on a project like this.
Love it. What a great idea and gorgeous look!
That is beautiful! You made it look so easy.
That was amazing! Thanks for sharing this...I REALLY want to work with resin and I've had a bunch of pieces with marble tops that I've just painted, so this is a fantastic option. The detail that you went through was extremely helpful!
Omg 😱 your piece looks so good! You make it look easy .... would love to try it one day 🤞🏼
Absolutely fabulous work, inspirational.
Beautiful!
Brandy, why don’t you use the bigger cup to add both A and B? It has measuring marks on the outside. Then you won’t need to use your silicone cup. Just wondering. 🙂
Phenomenal!
Wow...you are always so amazing! It looks fabulous!
Stunning!!! You are amazing!! Great job!!😍
This was amazing. I’m just starting to work with resin. Do you always have to have a flood coat?
AMAZING!!
Is this possible to use over my laminate countertops in my kitchen? Wondering how durable it is.
You sure could, resin is pretty durable, used in bar tops all the time
You are good! Just beautiful.
Thank you so much!
That's why I love watching you work, you give such great tips while doing your videos. PS did you do a little test on a scrap beforehand?
No way, always winging it, lol
Love this awesome job! You are an excellent teacher. Im actually doing this look for my bed room set. Was the slick stick the only color you used for the base of color. Or you added a coat of the salt water before adding the resin? Im doing a test run first before i actually do my bedroom set lol.
Awesome Brandy thank you! When you use your hair dryer do you use heat?
Amazing, as usual! 💖
Awesome!
Sweet!!!
Amazing!! So impressive!
Looks amazing!!!
That looks so amazing!
Stunning as always! It looks exactly like marble. How long did you wait before doing the final coat of resin?
24 hours
Hey Brandy…excellent job!
Just wanted to let you know….upon my trying to press the “like” button, “dislike” continuously is selected. Though I’m pressing the like. Not sure what’s going on. But giving you a heads up just in case others are having the same issue.
That is incredible!
Replay, so awesome. How long a wait from the time you used the torch gun the first time did you need to wait before top coat of A and B? It looks like no time at all? How did the two coasts not smear?
The first coat dried 24 hours before the clear went over
Gorgeous 😍
Wow!
WOW!
WOW!!!!!
I do a lot of countertops with resin, I prefer stone coat countertop resin cheaper to use. long open working time as well. you might check out their channel! you did a fantastic job of course! they also carry a top sealer that drys matte! and has very high u.v resistance! Love everything you do!
Yes, stone coat is also made by polytek, same parent company as what I am using
@@BrushedbyBrandy I did not know that! I really love their products! Again your top turned out beautiful! but then again everything you touch does !
@@teresaechols794 thank you!
@@BrushedbyBrandy Beautiful as always!! I have questions. What do you reccomend to prevent yellow coloration? Do you use top coat as poly?
@@adventureplays6666 do you mean yellowing in resin or in paint? This is a UV Resistant Resin to prevent yellowing over time
Stone coat countertop makes it easier
It's the same concept, amazing clear cast is made by the same company
I wish I saw this before I tried adding DB to a clear glaze to do the technique. This was my 3rd attempt to try something different. From a distance it looks like marble. Up close like a 3rd grade art project gone wrong. Lol
Can you also do this over a wood top or must it be a stone surface
Could be wood as well
Could you tell me how much you sold this piece for?
Can this be used over other surfaces as well?
Yes, definitely!
Is the blow dryer used on high heat? No heat?
This was on its highest settings
Beautiful Brandy! You had me until you used a blow torch!
Can use a heat gun too
Can this process only be done over previous marble ?
Could do it over wood, laminate, a ton of other materials
The blow torch scared me a bit , how far away did you hold the torch ?
I cannot understand why you would use real marble as a base to make faux marble! As a former antiques dealer, I'd say that you did the original piece of furniture no service by painting the original wood white and then pouring resin over the gorgeous brown marble top piece! All your work had a good result, but I think you should've chosen a cheap piece of new furniture to do your modifications on, not an antique piece...
Beautiful!
