Hmm, what herbs are you using, if I may ask ?

I use Italian herbs, or herbes de Provence, or really anything we want the batter to be tasting like. I’ve even tried to add a tsp of turmeric once and we liked it.

my tip: a tea spoon of honey in the batter. Doesn't make it sweet, it just makes it a nice dark brown.

how many gallets a local farmer can eat at one time... considering the size i need 10... that will take some time to make and by the moment they are all done half of them will get cold

You don’t have to use that tool. I’ve never owned one.
