Sanctification, encouragement, empowerment, assurance. Can’t the word do all these things? Doesn’t the revealed word, when we apply it to our lives, do all four of these?
one must ask, does the Holy Spirit speak to us? Does He nudge us in the right direction? if the answer is yes, then that would be a DIRECT operation of the Holy Spirit. And at the same time it would nullify 2 Timothy 3:16&17.
