Set realistic goals for 2024

It is that time of the year. It is time to set the goals for the year ahead.
But let’s do it in a realistic way.
I have been setting goals for upcoming year for 5 years now. And they never have worked out.
“Aim for the stars and worst-case scenario you will land on the moon”. We all have heard this phrase in terms of goal setting. Set wildly ambitious goals that might even scare you a little bit.
This approach might hurt you. And it is not aimed to discourage you. Quite the opposite - it is aimed so you can feel proud of your accomplishments this year.
