I'm so GRATEFUL TO JESUS for Red Rocks Worship!
I was doing so good and had all the tools and willpower i thought..but the enemy is relentless and took me to some dark places this last 4 months..I cant even begin to explain how and why I fell the way I did but addiction is real. I lost myself for 4 months..and walked thru hell. It was complete spiritual warfare..the enemy came for me and daily it got worse and worse! I realized in my spirit that there must be something very valuable about me that I was under such great attack..that I was able to fall so hard and turn from everything and everyone I loved so much..but I did! I own that now..i have to be honest because it's my truth! But daily i stayed anchored and listened to worship everyday..but I made a playlist on youtube of just Red Rocks Worship and I wld play it over and over and over again
I prayed to GOD to turn his face towards me! I wld get so close to fully surrendering but wld fall short! Last week I prayed over myself when texting my mom and I gave myself a 24 hr ultimatum..I declared & decreed my will and begged Jesus to reach out and to grab me..to hold me because I was weak and in my flesh and blood that I could not overcome this! I pleaded for him to save my soul and I fully SURRENDERED!! Idk how but so many things worked out of my control that were him..I completely was guided and all obsession & temptation was taken from me! It is a MIRACLE..and I am so beyond GRATEFUL to have my life bk..to be happier now than 4 months ago! My body was CLEANSED..and even though I walked thru that darkness I was able to be stripped raw..to have all my vulnerabilities and insecurities brought to the surface..I had to face them all because the enemy uses those things against us..so I had to face them and overcome them all! I learned to appreciate every little thing that I took for granted and today I feel more whole in my mind, body and SPIRIT than ever before! I walked thru the darkness and bk into the LIGHT by the Grace of JESUS! I believe that journey was to give me purpose and now I can say that I am so grateful to JESUS for resurrecting my dead body and giving me true life and purpose! Idk where the road will go but each day is a BLESSING..that is my testimony and many have witnessed thru me the hand of GOD and the LOVE OF JESUS! But I am thanking Red Rocks Worship because God spoke thru u...oooohhhhh I feel the holy spirit right now when I typed that..but your music translated so much more than u even know! It SAVED MY LIFE..YOU SAVED MY LIFE..and GOD & JESUS WORK THROUGH YOU ALL! I hope someone else will read this and it will give them the HOPE & FAITH THEY NEED IN THIS MOMENT! It gave me so much..I listen to my playlist everyday..over and over again and each day I am getting stronger in my SPIRIT

Oh also I remember watching a live u did a few months ago and u talked about a church I used to go to Bayside and how u seen then playing music outside because of CV..it was a God shot..so there is many times that I have stayed drawn to u! & in this song ur prayer speaks about marriage..mine has been very rocky these past 4 months, and cancer..my husband has had cancer scares during this time..and our 10 yr old fought kidney cancer when she was 5! May GOD turn his face and heal all those things and free them from my family and restore us!

I heard this sing for the first time while visiting my daughter in Arvada in January 2019 -Wow I couldn't believe how the Holy Spirit moved in me that service (Don't leave too early). I listened to it on Vimeo hundreds of times before it was finally released this fall. It is crazy how God prepares us for the tough times. This has been a song that has helped me get through some rough days and rough weeks. Glory to God for great artists that are inspired to minister to the rest of us with music and song.

just a testimony I listened to this song for the first time and my 7 year old, when the worship leader prayed from marriage the Spirit spoke through her as she chimed in and said "Mom, God uses the smallest even broken things and makes them beautiful, like the quilt in my room all those little pieces to make something beautiful." needless to say my marriage isn't what it should be, its broken and I definitely need the Lords renewing strength and faith to see my marriage in pending beauty. I was thinking...there are a lot of these larger churches who have huge stages. I was wondering "Other than worship music, what else do they use all that space for?" But then realized, it doesn't matter. A church who employs worship music as a big part of their overall worship experience (as long as the music is biblical and genuine and not just a way to make huge profits) is a great church! God commands us to sing
This was shot at a different location than the church...there are quite a few smaller churches throughout Colorado for Red Rocks but this was just a live recording at red weekend where all the campuses come together

Many times we are faced with challenges and we immediately forget God and become desperate and afraid, but the first verse speaks of the greatness of our God and if only we remember this, we won't always fret when we are faced with challenges. This song brings tears to my eyes when I remember how I so easily forget how great my God is in the face of life challenges. Lord I will wait, I will be still and know you are God.
