I just want to say how I appreciate your work out and no-work out videos. They've been a huge help during my journey in getting into shape. I really appreciate how consistent you've been with sharing your knowledge and information. THANK YOU!!!
my man. ive followed you for a while now (year or two) and your legit, half of my workout playlist. i no longer search youtube for my workout plans. i just click your name. thank you so much for your commitment to us in every aspect. ily MiDAS
Me and my dad watch your videos all the time, and we both are seeing pretty good improvement on our strength and muscles 💪🏼, thanks for the awesome vids
Great info. I really like the idea of the wedge blocks. I always work out in front of a mirror too because it helps me check my symmetry and I can easily see if 1 arm or side is doing an exercise differently than the other.
I'm a hardgainer so i tend to eat as much as can and I eat the same everyday except when I'm agressively bulking then I eat lots more than usual with a focus on higher calories. If you find that you gain weight easily, then you always want to keep the amount of calories you take in daily low. I also train 5-6 days a week (More 6 than 5).
Could you do a full push pull legs plan combining dumbels and machines you can find in the gym? I know many people like me struggle to know what machines to use when starting out in a public gym, therefor i stick with dumbels only wich can lead to failed range of motion when increasing weight (12:10)

I only have round dumbbells can I also do your workouts with them
That works great! I use dumbbells for most of my training and a lot of videos on here are based on that.
Great video. 👏Thanks.
I think viewers are not that interested in Bodybuilding, you should start vloging on your channel🧡
Can you do a breakdown of your eating & macros. Do your carb cycle or eat the same everyday? Also, how many days a do you workout?

Would a adjustable bench and dumbbell and pull up bar be adequate enough ?
As long as you keep adding to the dumbbell set to keep challenging yourself for growth, you’ll be just fine with those
Nice videos all videos my favourite ❣️bro
Thanks!

Good video. Anyone know that folding bench beand?
I'd also like to know.
@@waltblackadar4690 I don't see any on Amazon that fold up that small and look that sturdy.
@@waltblackadar4690 I think I found it. Northern Lights Folding F/I/D Bench.
@@briand5047 Thanks Brian. I have a Flybird bench but the damn thing sits too high.
What brand is that all in one gym?
CAN YOU MAKE A ONE PIECE PLAYLIST ON YOUR WEBSITE LIKE ZORO OR SANJI OR LUFFY OR USOPP
Do you have any playlists using barbell + bench?🤔 I can’t find em
Way less demand for it unfortunately
@@midasmvmt Ah no worries. Man thanks for the quick reply and helping me change my health for the better🙏🏽
Are those gym floor soft or they firm just like pure rubber mats? And can they handle weights being dropped on them?
They’re made from car tires. Super durable and tough. I actually drop a lot of weight on them all the time
Whar are the drawbacks u found on that smith machine
Bro arms workout video share bro please 🥺 bro
What brand is the bench?
My man why don’t you hop on stage?
💪💪💪❤️🙌
Yeah I don’t have the money or space for a full set
