As far as the senior concern that everywhere in africa is not designed for the area of the seniors because african ppl do not throw their parents far away or certain area when they grow old. They keep them in their houses or close to where they live! However they do not welcome that idea of the westerners! They look after their parents as they were looked after when they were kids and could not help themselves!!

The first house is spacious, nice neighborhood, my needed closet space, possibility of bathtubs, AND THE PRICE IS AMAZING!! Thank you for showing us what is available out there. Morning Unapologetic nomadic family and Jackson. 😊 Do you have homes in nice areas that have lots of trees and vegetation, I ask this because I love trees and I'm kind of sad because in Senegal the red rose trees which is the mother earth of trees of all Africa and have medicinal purposes for women are being cut down and smuggled by its own people to be shipped to China, that's how they make their furniture and sell it back to us and other countries therefore the lands empty and baron and it would take centuries to grow back to its full capacity. They don't have seniors buildings, because it is not 'normal' in these countries to have the elder living on their own by themselves. Elders usually live with other family members.

Two things: I've seen several real estate videos and wonder why I always see gas stoves in the kitchen, never electric stoves. Also, I've heard about regular electricity outages in several countries in Africa but I've never seen solar panels on homes. Just wondering why.
