In their charts, I noticed that each of them had this Ding You with destruction or dispute interactions within their heavenly and earth branches. How can this type be mitigated if it is discovered in someone's chart?

According to their charts, Ding You with destruction or disputes interaction inside their pillars. These leaders ended up having a disastrous effect on the world at large. How can someone use their power to effect positive change as Ding You when they have inherent disputes in their charts?
