Met with an accident while doing Yoga. My knee cap dislocated and ligament tear happened. Such a big shock of my life. Also, I had the incident recorded as it was an online class. Reminded me of the trauma and I can relate to your pain. Get well soon Sarah. Take care❤
Hi Sarah! Pls check for mold growth in your house (walls/mold spores/wooden doors etc.). This can be a reason for you to falling sick frequently. Also since its monsoon, mold growth is pretty common, but it can be very dangerous if not cleared timely.

I am aslo trying to do my workout and trying to keep the streak. Just trying to be consistent but as you said ' life happens ' and for me it also did. I injured my leg so bad it's going to complete one week tomorrow and my pain is so bad and that road marks are killing me. Healing is taking so much time but i am trying to keep my patience, it's hard :(

Me watching this video while i have extreme backpain. I have L4-L5 slip disc. Ignored my back pain for a month and physiotherapy wala also didn’t tell to get MRI done.
I will recommend you to get your MRI done that’s how I identified i have slip disc.

Sarah I would like to suggest you one thing please don’t do Pilates without the right kind of grip socks…I see in india no one is using n definitely it helps a lot to make your workout much more smoother n prevent injuries…I am doing regularly pilates n after many trial n errors I feel decathlon n sketchers make the best pilates socks must try 👍
