You can put a transparent glass slab on your table counter, to keep it safe
I like the hidden sink area.....with sliding door... something new and fresh
Sink in cabinet is good idea but wet area causes molds it will smell very bad after some time aur dustbin niche hai to cocroach bhi ho sakte hai , interior ko samzna chahiye tha must be open. Sink thoda stylish karte aur ab to sink closed bhi ate hai to sink ke upar close kar sakate hai

Stove is below the cabinet . I would suggest you do it because the smoke will impact the white cabinets above the stove. Minimal and normal cooking also will cause stains . Or ask the interior person to do some jugad for you if chimney investment is not an option you want

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST KITCHEN I'VE EVER SEEN AND THAT BLACK AND WHITE MARBLE 😍
Add the chimni... otherwise cooking heat will damage the upper cabinet ... After all its a modular kitchen... And without a chimni it cannot be modular. Ohh also add a mixture grinder ... Though u don't cook but it will complete the kitchen. Also it's a must have gadgets for a kitchen. Suppose you arrange a house party and your close one wants to cook in your kitchen and that person needs to grind something... That time you can't say no to that person right ?? That...."no no no... don't use my kitchen." It will be embarrassing. So it's a small suggestion.. BTW the kitchen is looking really really mesmerizing.. everything looks perfect ❤❤❤.
Mixer grinder doesn’t need to kept on the counter. It can be kept inside cabinets and pull it out when required. I’m sure she is having one, and if she doesn’t yet she will invest into it if required.
Tbvh I've seen so many home tour videos but the vibe , the detailing and everything that your kitchen is giving is on next level. You've done 👍 job loveeed it
That cabinet over hob is gonna get damaged because steam affects the lamination. Make a jugad for that area if you don't want a chimney right now. Also if you have used the sink area make sure it dries up properly and then you close the cabinet. Otherwise it would develop fungus etc and you would know better how it affects our health.
Loved the whole kitchen area and cafe type feel that it gives. That granite is the show stopper. Was there a house warming party or anything before you moved??
The sink has also been flanked with granite to avoid the wood being damaged. The ply in the full kitchen is marine ply. And cleanliness is maintained at all times. We only keep the door closed for when guests visit or shoots. It’s an added feature, not for use non stop

Looks aesthetic but not functional 😅 . Such a compact space for washing utensils and just plate stand for washed utensils is giving me anxiety. Could have been a bit more functional rather than just thinking about just aesthetic

Dear chimni laga lo..i thought cabinate k ander hogi..but u missed that..aapke furniture cabinate ko bigad dega simple se simple cooking bhi ki na toh..
Hi Sarah, whenever you decide to install the hood above your hob go for the ductless one from Kaff or Glen. That way you won't need to make holes in those beautiful cabinets of your kitchen for the duct. Only thing is that you will need to change the filter every 3 months or so. You can reply to me here if you have any other query regarding this. I am an interior designer myself and have worked with the pioneers in the modular industry.

There should be light in the sink top if it’s closed because it’s dark to see and wash ? Or best you could have got a dishwasher installed if you don’t want to wash dishes ? Also as others said it should be little bit big to clean big utensils?

Please tell them put kitchen hood on the top of the stoves . Otherwise it will ruin your kitchen. No matter what you cook. The heat will ruin it. They made a biggest mistake not putting that. There is a chimney comes microwave system. Which i have in my home. You wont see the chimney. Thats would be better for your home. If you make coffee or noodles it will eventually ruin your cabinet.

Beautiful but no chimney is bit impractical. Even with little cooking it could destroy the area above the stove. You could have gone for hidden chimney. It gives similar look
