Lets be realistic with the following facts: 1. None of us know how this series is going to turn out, either team could do it. 2. GS is light years better than the battered Miami Heat, who Boston had to take to game 7, but since matchups are everything that doesn't mean they won't beat GS 3. Even though Celtics are light years better than the Mavs, at least the Warriors finished them quickly. 4. Luka is a far bigger problem for the Dubs than Tatum is, but the supporting cast for the Celts is a far bigger problem than they had with Dallas 5. GS can get to the rim at will because the Celtics are overplaying the 3, but the C's have long athletes who can alter and block shots (which Dallas didn't), allowing Boston to get away with overplaying. Warriors are missing tons of layups and while some are inexcusable, other misses are due to altering shots. I think Dubs figure it out better, and win this in 6, but I'm not shocked if the Celtics win it either.

Celtics cam this game to lock down Klay and Wiggins offense bc of their lack of fast mobility, now the Celtics are confused who to guard in game 3, if you risk double teaming Curry you will regret that bc Klay ,pool , Wiggins will deliver and Curry will close things up in the 4th. Just imagine if wiseman was in this series the Celtics will suffer more offensively and no easy layups close to wiseman defensively

Warriors could have won game1. But complacency got the worst of them, allowed Celtics came back from 10 points deficit. Game 2 was attitude adjustment from game 1. GSW is more locked in now

Steph had a very strong first couple games. Warriors really could be up 2-0 except for one terrible quarter. Will he twice as hard on the road though and I’d like to see a return of Klay and other role players. Expect the Celtics others to play really well

For me, you only put Poole when Pritchard is on the floor with either White or G. Williams. Poole is nowhere near as strong as Steph so he can't successfully maneuver thru Smart, White, Brown and Tatum. And how many times did he get his shot blocked by Horford, Theis, R
Williams? Exactly. Pritchard with either White or G. Williams is the perfect window to put Poole in.
That being said, the unit you put in after the starting lineup is definitely GP2, Otto and Beli to close the 1st half with Steph and Klay/Dray.
This is going to be a tough series. Curry needs help from his team Poole in particular. Klay is coming off a serious jury and will take time to get his rhythm back. That is why it’s so important for Poole to step up. I’d also like to see Andre Iguodala try to turn back the hands of time for this series.

Klay is the key. He has a high release. BOS has taller, bigger guys who can be quick and smothering. Steph and Poole have to take long 3s to throw off BOS defense

Many people have picked GS to win it all because of they have been to the finals multiple times. Hence, Boston had no pressure and shot very well in their first meeting. Losing the first game released some of the pressure for GS. It is easier to see that GS played better defense today and had a good showing from the guys coming off the bench.
When Payton is on the floor Poole shines, he does more offence

Curry cooked the Celtics with his consistency throughout the game, which was better than a one quarter explosion.
Poole splashed and made up for the Thompson bricks with his spirit breaking three at the end of the 3rd.

I got my money on GSW. However, I still believe Boston has the advantage at this point in the series. GSW couldn’t get passed Boston’s defense in the first half. Horford White and Smart came back to earth today. Let's face it if those 3 are able to combine for 70 every night the Celtics could sweep the 96 Bulls. Tonight was more in line with how the games should go. Obviously they will play better in Boston but there's no fucking way Horford and Smart should be going off every night.

Exactly what I said. With that 4th quarter and performances from the lesser offensive players, Boston would have beaten any team in NBA history for that one night. Give them credit for stepping up, but that was never going to be sustainable.

Boston young bucks should thank Draymond Green, he’s actually teaching them and giving them experience about opposite teams getting in their heads. They will use this experience in the future playoffs!! Boston will be one of the top teams for the next few years, so take in as much as you can. Cuz it’s a lesson to be learned….
