I LUV your sense of humour! I was trying to figure out the nail on that plastic finger that you taped to the stick to make your pointer. I thought it was some sort of dolls finger. Or a finger form some Halloween costume item. I finally figured out that your pointer is organic! No bpas at all! It's a darn carrot! Too freaking funny! I've recently subscribed after recently finding you because not only is your humour fantastic. you are very clear, informative, talented and to the point with easy understandable explanations! Bravo & Thank you!
A really well made and informative video. The only thing I would point out is that it is Watt’s Law that states that power =potential difference (PD) x current; Ohm’s Law states that PD = current x resistance.
Nice vid Karl. You"ll knacker your ratchet crimpers using em on the bigger non insulated crimps. Need a proper crimper for those similar to the rivnut tool or just solder them on.
Brilliant videos, very informative HOWEVER! saying this because I searched for you before I'd subscibed and couldn't find you without a lot of looking. Not sure if you can improve this as I'm sure more would enjoy your videos and subscribe
Hi Karl, love your channel! The videos have really helped with my conversion! I have a question about the Ctek charger.. if the vehicle has a smart alternator, did you need to run the small cable back to the ignition? Thanks
Nice video again. Does the combined weight of leisure battery and water tank on the same side end up causing issues Or irrelevant in bigger picture ? Cheers.
Hi karl another great video which is helping me on my build I'm going to fit a cold water shower can you tell me if this has got to be switched same as sink and if so where would I get one ? Ta
Depends on the pump. The shurflo pumps that I fit work on pressure drop so it will kick in when you open either the shower valve or the kitchen tap. I’m not entirely sure how you would do it with the submersible pumps
because its a pain fitting anything under a van and the space over the wheel arch isn't very useful anyway. Watch the furniture build video and it will make more sense
I like watching people who know what they’re doing and don’t treat you like an idiot if you have questions. Good job 👍
Your explanation of electrics is the best i have ever seen so far!
Great vlog buddy, can’t escape the rain ay lol. Lovely subject, hope you had a good week
very helpfull videos with good humour, i wish he was near london so i could visit him regularly to pick his brain. 5 star channel
Love your video’s 👊🏻 The carrot finger cracked me up 😂.
Great build this! Really helping me through a day van build
As a qualified electrician i can safely say I've never seen it so well explained in the first minute brilliant!!!
thanks Greg
Top work explaining the basics of electricity. So many are mystified by them . 👍

Another cracking video Karl, this builds taking shape nicely 😁👍

Great videos Karl 👍
Great video. When the van is complete can you please let me have first offer on a price you would like for it so you can move on to another project 😊
Thank you
Carrot 🥕 finger lmao 😂. Brilliant x
great vid mate easy when someone explanes
thanks
Pleased I could help
Is it a good idea to have your leisure battery laying on its side? Is that safe? Genuinely curious here!
AGM batteries are ok on the side
Don’t put the electric under the van, It’s a nightmare to keep dry! 100% put the 240volt hook up under the bonnet :)

Yeah I know but you have to work with what you got
@@KBeadle Too true Karl, good luck with the build looking forward to the next episodes 👍

Yes. If you get stuck try Cteks help line they are very helpful. You can find it on their website

Nah 26litre water tank is only 26kg so it makes no difference.
@@KBeadle ah fair, it looked like a much bigger tank to my inexperienced eye ! Thanks for the reply, very much enjoying the series.

Another nice one. What is the capacity of the fresh Tank? Is the heater been installed ?
Its 26 litres, enough to make the tea and wash ya boots
Not seen the star of your show a while How is she/he and what's the name -----the canine !!
Holly she’s always around somewhere
Bit late to this, but that’s Watts law not Ohms 😏
Why dont you put the water tank underneath the car? Wouldnt it be more save and you save the space?

Nice
What's the link to the Trekar van conversion website please?
I forgot to put it in! what a muppet. Try that
What size of AGM battery did you go for ?
95ah
Where’s the new video coming out
Coming out Sunday afternoon
Nice vid karl 😊👍
