To be fair to Justice Lee, he didn't find there was no cover-up. He simply said that Higgins were pushing a cover-up without evidence, with a lot of speculation. I don't remember his precise phrasing, but I took note of his careful couching

@@KangarooCourtofAustralia yeah, you made the point that he wasn't examining the full range of evidence about a cover-up. It would only be unfair if you had implied that he should have. I think what he found was that BH was chasing a cover-up but that she didn't make a case for it

I find it curious that Dutton made a point of saying that he'd "only met Justice Lee once". Why would he mention that? That would only be relevant if he needed to convince people that he hadn't tried to influence Lee. Also, Reynolds' lawyer is talking up how bad it's going to be for Higgins and Sharaz in court. Sounds like they'd really like to settle.
Stating the obvious, but there is a distinct lack of morals and common decency in Canberra.
I imagine Reynolds will drop her case going forward.

RUclips is a mess and getting worse.
The pro Ukraine channels are really feeling it with Russian bot attacks, and no direct redress, not to mention the crypto scam hijackings. The so called algorithm can't detect bots and will delete entire accounts based on bot reports. "Reporting From Ukraine" has just been through it again as has "Warthog Defence ".
Today, authors are all jumbled up on the thumbnails along with the all too frequent comment errors.
Just read the SMH article by David Crowe who states "Lee demolished the claims of a political cover-up" - looks like potentially more videos by Shane on this one
As I say in the video and article, Lee did call Scott Morrison and his staff as witnesses, nor did Linda Reynolds give evidence or the AFP police who did the dodgy investigation in 2021 etc
