We just left Gatlinburg a few days ago. Sadly we pre purchased snow tubing at Ober. What a HORRIBLE mistake. They turned us around and said parking was full, even when people were leaving, so another 140.00 ish for us all to ride tram. Only to get up there and the place was filled so over capacity it was hard to move, it was filthy, and what little places were open had hardly anything available. The bathrooms were scary! We will never go back up to Ober. Thanks for sharing this place. We will definitely check it out next time.

I was just planning a long trip to be there with kids as there is snow forecast for friday. So overall, you dont recommend going there by the tram?? Any other place to go and have fun with kids???
Looks like a fun place! But its attractions like this that I use as an argument for people complaining about Dollywood season pass prices. Almost $200 for 90 minutes for you all. It’s not THAT much more for an entire season of Dollywood.
The spin looked much worse on camera than it actually was. I (Eric) don’t get on rides that spin, but this didn’t bother me at all. Thanks so much for watching!

Compared to Pigeon Forge Snow, was it better? I think we usually get 60 minutes at Pigeon Forge Snow. But always go right when they open, so we get plenty of tube time.

Thanks for watching! If the temps were colder, PF snow would be a sure pick. But the consensus here was the slide was the better of the two.
