Nolan Gorman homers three times | Great Moments in Springfield Cardinals History

June 12, 2021: The Cardinals are at Hammons Field playing host to the Arkansas Travelers for game five of a six-game series. The Travelers and Cards have split the first four games of the series in what has been a neck-and-neck series.
Cardinals number 2 prospect Nolan Gorman was playing third bases and batting second that night and had recently gotten red hot.
The night before on June 11, Gorman hit a pair of homers: A solo shot in the first and a two-run blast in the second.
As if that wasn’t enough, Baseball’s 31st-best prospect followed that strong performance with one even better, homering three times in one game.
