Hello, do you have a video of how to install the ComfoAir Standard 300? We bought one from a company and they install it wrong, now all the places need sucking the air is blowing the air and all the blowing air part is sucking. The company never take the phone call and here is hopeless. Please help us here, in Netherlands.
I have like this ventilation product, but it is terrible. It has many defects and get errprs a lot. I don't know even how to turn it off, yet, no one of this terrible company helped me to solve this problems. I definitely dont recommend it

Correct, it is a terrible company.
